How do I qualify for free shipping?

Shipping is free for orders of $50 or more before tax.

Can I return a product that has already been opened and used?

At Lanikai Beauty, we want our customers to be 110% satisfied with every purchase! In the event that you are not completely happy with your online ordering experience, you may return the items to us for a full refund within 14 days.

Online-related returns must be sent back using included packaging slip to our Distribution Center via:

Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges, including the original shipping charge – unless Lanikai Beauty shipped the wrong item or size, or if the product(s) were damaged. Please note that products may only be returned if they are in new and unused condition with original packaging within thirty (14) days of delivery. Any return received with missing pieces, without the original packaging or with opened packaging cannot be credited. Please allow one (1) billing cycle for credit to appear on banking statements.

PLEASE NOTE: Makeup can only be returned if package is unopened and in brand new condition. Products previously opened and used WILL NOT be granted a return or exchange.

How long do I have to return a product I purchased?

For online and in-store purchases, 30 days.
